This work reviews the existing situation of inclusion in schools in various countries. Researcher demonstrates that ordinary public schools in pakistan may become the hub of inclusion. However, it reflects that how qualms of ordinary teachers interconnected with policies and societal attitudes become exclusionary barriers. Suffice discussion has been made to encompass inclusion and exclusion process in schools along with attitude, pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment. Endeavours focus on tracing possibilities for inclusion in different cornors of ordinary public schools and to satisfiy stake holders so that positive attitudes, to accept the fundamental right of ALL students also students with special education needs can be developed and promoted. Insight developed through adopting qualitative and qualitative approach may influence readers to feel and re-think to terminate the conventional style of accepting phenomena occuring in a society. In a nutshell, the study globally discusses inclusion and throws light on rhetorics and realities in Pakistan.
