European Philosophy and the American Academy (Paperback, 1st ed)

Many current developments in American academic life - multiculturalism, rhetoric and hermeneutics, and deconstruction - have been inspired by the ideas of European philosophers such as Foucault, Derrida, Deleuze and Lyotard.
