This book presents the proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Internet of Things and Connected Technologies (ICIoTCT), held on May 9-10, 2019, at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT), Jaipur, India. Today smart sensors can collaborate directly with machines to automate decision-making or to control a task without human involvement. Further, smart technologies, including green electronics, green radios, fuzzy neural approaches, and intelligent signal processing techniques play an important role in the development of the wearable healthcare devices.
