Stress Among the Primary School Teachers (Paperback)

, ,
Job stress is the most common psychological phenomena that is prevalent among people who are in different jobs and professions. The task is challenging and demanding, but the teachers represent a mixed lot, with varied levels of skills, capabilities, resources, etc. Teachers who are capability and good, generally respected and appreciated, but instances are uncommon, when parents and students alike so not give a hot to the teachers, and blame them for any shortcomings observed in children/ school. The main intention of the study is to find the relation of stress among the primary school teachers with management, gender, locality, marital status, size of the family, age, teaching experience, annual income, qualification, caste and number of teachers in the school. The present book is aimed to identify the influence of stress and socio - demographic variables of primary school teachers. This book is more useful to the teachers, administrators, parents and researchers. I do not know to what extent I have succeeded in my attempt, but I feel this book is more useful to all.
