This story begins in Stadt Friedberg, a two days ride northeast of Frankfurt. A farmer, Johann Heinrich Worner, wonders if this is all there is, and if this is where God wishes he live out his life. His decision drastically changes his life, and the lives of many others, forever. As you move through the pages of the next 154 years, you will meet many more additional characters spinning out their lives.
