I just received my book today and I love it already, just by paging through all the amazing recipes inside. Usually I'd wait until I actually make a dish or two until I review, but I just know they're gonna turn out great 😁 What I especially like is that the ingredients list do not include fancy stuff like saffron or gold leaf for mushroom steak or a list that goes on forever 😂 Most of these items you can buy at the store or simply make yourself at home, like basil or even sun dried tomatoes. I can't wait to get braaing again, I'm sure all my carnivore friends are gonna get lekker jealous 😉
